30-Day Challenge Preparation
Next week we will begin our 1st 30-Day Challenge!
Attached below is the Worksheet you need to fill out to demonstrate how you will prepare and support yourself during this challenge. Please complete it and turn it in to my by Monday, October 24th.
Ball Pit Moment with a Parent or Guardian
Over the long weekend, set aside some time to connect with your family member. Use your communication skills to effectively listen to the responses given, Keep an open mind. Feel free to ask simple, curious questions to follow up. Be patient with your interviewee, and give them time to respond.
Remember, your job is to ask them questions and then listen (LEVEL 2 LISTENING!) without judging.
You may ask simple, curious questions to further the conversation....or take time to clarify information...but your main job is to listen.
